[Notice] WCCBT 2023 On-site Registration

WCCBT 2023 On-site registration will be open from 1 to 4 June 2023 at the COEX. Please see below for detailed information.

Registration Desk

● Location: Lobby, Conference Room E, 3F South, COEX

● Operating Hours: 08:00-10:00, 1 June (Thu) for pre-congress full-day workshops only   

15:00-18:30, 1 June (Thu) for main congress

07:30-18:00, 2 June (Fri)

07:30-18:00, 3 June (Sat)

07:30-17:30, 4 June (Sun)

Please note that:

1. WCCBT 2023 accepts credit card* payment and payments will be made in Korean Won.
* Visa, Master, AMEX and JCB are accepted.

2. For credit cards issued in overseas, registration fees will be calculated at a fixed exchange rate.

Congress On-site Registration Fee

A registration fee for Pre-congress Workshop and In-congress Workshop is only available for participants who pay for the Main Congress.

Gala Dinner Ticket

Gala Dinner ticket is available for main Congress registrants only. Please note that due to the limited seats, ticket sales will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

● Location: Hall D, 3F, COEX

● Date & Time: 19:00 – 21:30, 3 June (Sat)

● Ticket: USD 100 (incl.10% VAT)

● Performance: Traditional percussion quarter, K-pop dance and DJing

SPECIAL OFFER

WCCBT 2023 offers a special opportunity for participants who are not unable to join the full congress. They can have the chance to register for two programs: The Pre-Congress Full-Day workshop and the Digital CBT Symposium.
